A client company was seeking a better way to do their piece rate and bill system and needed a contingent workforce that ranged from 350 to 700 contract employees as well as a vendor who could provide a comprehensive system for piece rate and billing contract labor tracking and reducing the overall cost.

Having worked with this client previously in other areas and having shown the ability to provide superior service, Temporary Resources, Inc. was chosen as the project vendor. TR conducted a thorough needs analysis to determine the best plan of action. After developing a system that would prove to be effective and efficient, TR implemented the program. TR provided on-site management to the client and full-time and TR staff members managed three of the seven client facilities. By using the TR developed incentive based system, Temporary Resources staffed the client's site with 551 employees throughout the year. If the company had utilized their own standard rates systems it would have required 778 employees to complete the same amount of work in the same amount of time.

Temporary Resources, Inc. successfully streamlined the client company’s operations with the implementation of our client specific designed program resulting in a yearly savings to the client in the in the amount of $2.6 Million Dollars in production costs.

A chemical company needed to find a way to improve the placement and functionality of their contingent workforce.

After evaluating the position, functions of the positions and overall company work flow, TR developed a plan specific to this client’s needs. An on-site manager was placed within the client company which significantly helped to make the operation run smoothly. TR also recognized the need for a piece rate production system in a department that had not been cost effective previously.
