At any time during placement, you can discuss with TR the possibility of hiring a temporary employee onto your regular payroll. Pricing is determined based on the amount of hours the temporary employee has worked at your location.

You plan to hire the temporary employee onto your regular payroll after an agreed number of hours. Pricing for temp-to-hire arrangements is individually negotiated depending on the number of hours the employee will work on TR’s payroll.

You have already identified a temporary employee and want to payroll them through another employer. (Payrolling candidates must be screened and approved by TR.)

TR recruits, screens and refers potential candidates, you choose the desired employee and hire them directly onto your payroll. Direct hire fees are based on the position’s first year salary. TR provides a guarantee of replacement and/or reimbursement for the Direct Hire arrangement (terms negotiated on a case-by-case basis).
